Performances of Starry Night by New Dance Horizons
Sunday March 2nd in the Small Theatre
On Sunday, March 2 there will be three opportunities to experience Starry Night, an original dance-based performance by New Dance Horizons. Performances are included with General Admission and will take place in the Small Theatre at 1:30 pm, 2:45 pm, and 4:00 pm
Starry Night, an original dance-based performance by New Dance Horizons, invites a journey through a magical winter wonderland. Led by seven caribou characters whose capacity to transform from human to creature is ignited through poetic texts, music, and dancing! The work will include the unique poetic texts by Regina-based Indigenous writer and poet Jesse Archibald-Barber, who’s poetry accompanies the Starry Night performance.
