The Science Centre Turns 35! Celebrate with us all week long. We have special activities taking place every day, an IMAX movie from our past, and a very special Adult Science Night. Learn more below!
IMAX: The Dream Is Alive
This was the first IMAX documentary played in the Kramer IMAX Theatre when we opened in April of 1991. See it during Discovery Week!
The Dream Is Alive gives the viewer an unprecedented window on board the space shuttle.
Shot by 14 NASA astronauts on three shuttle missions in 1984, the film includes footage of launches and landings, satellite capture and repairs, space walks and an inside look at how the astronauts live in space.
Experience the sensation of weightlessness and the splendor of Earth from 250 miles up.
