Join the City of Regina, Regina Public Library, and Saskatchewan Science Centre for Star Stories Night, celebrating Indigenous Storytelling Month.
Explore the stars with Laurie Rousseau-Nepton, Canada’s first Indigenous woman to obtain a PHD in astrophysics at the mâmawêyatitân centre, at one of the scheduled program times below:

Indigenous storytelling is inside the star dome
Refreshments are provided by mâmawi café while supplies last

Saskatchewan Science Centre:
The Saskatchewan Science Centre exhibit floor will be open
Learn about coding and Indigenous understanding of the phases of the moon
Activity featuring Indigenous astronauts and hands-on science demonstration
The Royal Astronomical Society will be opening their Kalium Observatory for public viewings

Constellation craft with Indigenous artist Tianna Delorme
Learn about night vision on a guided nature night walk with Nature Regina along with nature art, snow sculpture, a snow kitchen, and more
Share your own stories under the stars with hot cocoa around the fire.
