ABOVE & BEYOND: SPORTS SCIENCE

Ages 6 to 8 and 9 to 11

February 22nd to 25th, 2022

Sports are so much more than just a fun game! (And yes, fun is an important part of the equation!) Explore how movement affects the human body and keeps us healthy both physically and mentally. Put your skills to the test in a variety of challenges with your fellow campers!

During this awesome 4 day week your Camper will:

• Participate in a dissection

• Explore physical challenges and learn about the cool and strange things the human body can do - all activities will be accessible for any level of physical ability

• Learn about body chemistry

• Learn about many physical disciplines (physiology, psychology, engineering, chemistry, anatomy)

• Discover how physical activity affects physical, mental, and social learning, development, and health

• Learn about healthy eating

• Watch an incredible & immersive IMAX documentary
