Build a Quinzee!

To celebrate national engineering month, the SSC will host a family engineering day with hands-on building

Today we will be building Quinzees! Take advantage of the weather and learn how snow shelters can be made from large piles of loose snow. Come help put some of the Quinzee together as we shovel and tunnel them out! Learn about the history of quinzees as you engineer and build this snowy shelter.
