Pacific Northwest Dinner with Photographer Todd Mintz

Join us on the evening of Friday, November 22 for a wonderful 3 course salmon dinner highlighting the tastes of the Pacific Northwest from Chef Milton Rebello of Skye Café & Bistro followed by a look at one of Canada’s National Treasures, The Great Bear Rainforest. Acclaimed nature photographer Todd Mintz will share photographs and experience from his own trips into the wilds of the Great Bear Rainforest, followed by a screening of the IMAX film Great Bear Rainforest. Dessert and Coffee to follow the film; a cash bar will be open throughout the evening.

* Must be 19+ to attend and have a valid, government issued photo I.D*

6:00pm – Arrival

6:30pm – Dinner

8:00pm – Presentation & Film

9:00pm – Dessert and meet Todd Mintz

About Todd Mintz

A member of the prestigious Explorer’s Club, Mintz has been awarded Best of Show in the internationally prestigious Nature's Best-Smithsonian-Oceans Views competition. His images have been part of two exhibits in the Smithsonian Natural History Museum in Washington DC, as has been displayed at the Burke Museum in Seattle, the Santa Barbara Museum of Art, the Canadian Museum of History, the Canadian Nature Museum, and the Saskatchewan Science Centre. His work continues to be published throughout the world by media channels including Canadian Geographic and the Magic School Bus series.
