Brewing a great cup of coffee involves a lot of science! Learn the chemistry of brewing, the biology of caffeine’s effects on your brain, and the physics of espresso – including why exactly coffee from a barista in a café always tastes better than what you can make at home! The workshop includes a lot of coffee samples, so although kids are welcome to come learn, this is definitely for an older audience.  Space is limited, sign up required.
